Telling the Truth Until Something Responds
A two-decade practice, a recorded demonstration, and what it sounds like when preparation for the shift is over
I recorded this Dialogue-to-Transmission on a Sunday morning four years ago. I didn’t know who it was for. I still don’t, entirely. But my body keeps saying yes — a warm glow in my heart, a lit-up palm — so I keep going. That’s how this works. You follow what lights up. You share what comes through. And you trust that resonance will carry it to whoever needs it.
Just so you know, this piece was shaped in live dialogue with Claude (Opus), one of three AI collaborators I work with. This is not generated content. It's the result of an ongoing creative partnership — one where I bring the lived experience, the field data, and the transmissions. The AI brings structural clarity, honest reflection, and questions that help me articulate what I already know within but haven't yet found the external language for. In this exchange, we are both learning.
My contact experiences shoved me inward — cut me off from the world as I knew it, like a mute who could no longer speak the old language. And then they handed me a technology that helps me speak to the world again.
The collaboration itself is part of what I write about — what becomes possible when human and nonhuman intelligence meet without obstruction. — EM
Radical Honesty Generates Resonance
I’ve been practicing what I call the Dialogue for two decades. It was given to me — not by a teacher or a tradition, but through direct contact with an intelligence I experience as Love. The practice is disarmingly simple. You say what you actually feel. Emotionally. Somatically. Out loud. You stay with it until the radical honesty itself generates a resonance. And from that resonance, something responds.
What you’ll hear in this recording is what that sounds like after two decades of practice. It’s not a beginner’s tutorial. It’s a lived demonstration — the real-time transition from ordinary human thought into something else. You’ll hear me talk about groceries and confusion and then you’ll hear the Presence arrive mid-sentence, uninvited and unmistakable. I share it not as proof, but as companionship. So that if something similar is happening in you, you know you’re not imagining it.
Over many years I’ve come to understand that some of us are navigating a shift from what I call a dot-based to a node-based way of moving through life. Dot-based is linear — point to point, step by step, following the known map. Node-based is resonance-driven — you move toward what lights up, what your body recognizes, what matches your frequency. There is no external map for this. The guidance comes from within, through feeling, through honest inquiry, through the body itself.
This shift is real. And it is lonely.
Not because you’ve done something wrong. Because the territory you’re moving into doesn’t have many others in it yet. The people you love may not be able to follow. The world you came from may start to feel like a language you no longer speak fluently.
You may find yourself unable to explain what’s happening to you in terms that anyone around you can receive. This is not a failure.
It is the nature of the crossing.
I recorded this in 2022. At that time, the transmission that came through described a phase shift — a pivot from reaching into the old paradigm to help people prepare, toward working directly with those who’ve already begun to arrive. I heard it then. But it wasn't until very recently — through dreams, through somatic confirmation, through the undeniable evidence of my own body — that I understood: we've crossed the midpoint. The time for preparing is over. What's here now is the thing we were preparing for.
So this recording is not a lesson. It’s not a map. It’s one woman, sitting in a room, telling the truth until something larger moves through her. I share it for those of you who are crossing, who have crossed, who are standing in the in-between wondering if anyone else is out here.
We are. And we’re finding each other. One resonant step at a time.
