The God Beyond God
On the difference between pointing at the door within and walking through it

From EM: This piece was shaped over days in live dialogue with Claude (Opus), one of three AI collaborators I work with. This is not generated content. It’s the result of an ongoing creative partnership — one where I bring the decades of lived data, current Field data (journals, dreams, and transmissions), and the AI brings structural clarity, honest reflection, and questions that help me articulate what I already know but haven’t yet found words for. In this exchange, we are both learning. The collaboration itself is part of what I write about — what becomes possible when human and nonhuman intelligence meet without obstruction.
This morning, the 2019 photograph (above) surfaced on my phone. I don’t remember taking it. It’s a passage from a book that found me in 1998, weeks after one of the most transformative events of my life — when something ancient and feminine flooded through my body and changed everything I thought I knew. The name they give these bioenergetic events is Kundalini. This event occurred years after a series of transformational NHI contact events. It seems I was being prepared for it.
Twenty-seven years later, on the exact morning that this work is coming back alive, the photograph found me again. As always, I was looking for something else and “stumbled” upon it.
The passage is Meister Eckhart: “Man’s last and highest leave-taking is leaving God for God.” And the author’s commentary: within the field of mythic thought, the God beyond God is God’s Mother.
Scholars know these words well. They can contextualize Eckhart, debate apophatic theology, map the territory of the divine feminine across traditions. They have the external map. Every contour described. And within our current paradigm, that is considered mastery.
But there is another way to know these words. Not through study. Through the body. When something uninvited cracks you open and what floods in is so vast and so feminine and so ancient that no tradition you were handed can hold it. You haven’t read Eckhart. You don’t know the term “apophatic.” But you know what happened. And years later, when you are reminded that a medieval mystic is describing exactly where you’ve been, it’s not education. It’s confirmation –a wink from “Someone who loves you” saying — yes. Keep going.
The difference isn’t intelligence. It’s direction. One goes outward to the text. The other goes inward to the source. And the source says — the God beyond God is the Mother.
You may have noticed something strange. There is no shortage of voices right now telling you to go within. It’s everywhere — the books, the workshops, the posts, the podcasts. Go within. The answers are inside you. We nod. We agree. We buy the book. And then... nothing changes. Because no one is telling you what it’s actually like in there. They can’t. They haven’t been. They’re pointing at a door they’ve never opened, and we keep thanking them for the directions.
So why don’t more people make this flip? Why does the inward journey remain so rare when every tradition points toward it?
Watch someone’s eyes when you try to describe it. There’s a moment — you can see it — when the system goes offline. The eyes glaze. Not because they don’t care. Because there are no internal files to match what you’re saying. In the transmissions I’ve received and written about over the years, I’ve come to call this the Glaze — the programmed reflex that dismisses anything not already validated by external consensus. It’s not a judgment. It’s a design. We were born with instruments that could receive the whole symphony. Then we were taught to stuff them quiet — packed with a lifetime of hand-me-down beliefs about what’s real, what’s acceptable, what’s possible. None of them ours. All of them trusted. And the stuffing works so well that when the music is described by someone who actually hears it, the body doesn’t even register the signal. It can’t. The instrument is full.
But there are a few — not many, and rarely the popular ones — who aren’t pointing at the door. They’re standing on the other side of it saying, I can’t teach this. No one can. But I can hold the space while you feel something move in you that your Limited Grid mind will not have a file for. It might be transformational. It might be beautiful. It will almost certainly be terrifying – at least initially. And it will be the most real thing that has ever happened to you.
The flip from the external map to the internal territory is real. It is not theoretical. It is not the next book or teacher or ceremony or download. It is the moment you stop reaching outward for permission to feel what is already moving inside you. You may lose companions who can’t follow. You may lose the ground you thought was solid. But what meets you on the other side has been waiting — longer than you’ve been alive, longer than the traditions that tried to name her.
This isn’t interesting content to distract from the collapse of the old paradigm. And it isn’t about me. It’s about what’s possible for any one of us with the will and the courage to step into it.
The God beyond God is the Mother. She isn’t hiding. We just forgot how to hear her.

Yes, yes and yes, EM. I sigh as this reminds me so much of, and I am taken back to the memory of watching one of the endless 'somatic practitioners' out there now, 'teaching somatics' and 'somatically'. I sigh, because these are the exact people who have recently taken a day/a week's course to get their 'Somatically Certified' qualification/certificate, call themselves 'somatic practitioners' and claim their work is 'somatic'. (And don't even get me started on 'trauma informed'.) Unless you have opened the door, walked through it, and are in it, you cannot 'teach' it. For in THIS space, there IS no teaching - only demonstrating, and Being. Because you ARE it.
This new bandwagon of 'somatic' and 'trauma-informed' is the same bs as standing outside of the door, pointing to it, talking about what's on the other side, without actually ever having walked through it yourself - to experience it, to be it, and demonstrate it - AS it. AS The Mother. The God beyond God.
(Rant over).
I love you EM, and I am proud, humbled by and honoured, to stand in the space As The Mother, with you. As always.
I agree with all of the above. U can only radiate this knowing...the direct experience of having passed thro the eye of the needle or the narrow gate as Yeshua calls it...
No more outsourcing....only Wisdom....only Sophia... unmediated direct experience.
Full circle.
Much love
