Individual Coherence Matters: Be Ready
The emerging world will not be built by an undefined “we.”
An algorithm may have placed these words in front of you. Coherence is what made you stop.
There are many reasons to develop coherence. A recent dream emphasized one of them:
Things are going to move very quickly.
Be ready.
This did not feel like a warning. There was no fear in it, no urgency to brace for impact. It felt more like an assurance — an invitation to become steady enough to recognize what is opening and move when the time comes.
In the dream, I was in a place everyone understood to be part of a “next phase.” People were beginning to gather, talk, and assess what each of us had and what we still needed in order to start making things.
Small groups were given plots of land within their own areas. At first, ours was just dirt. We were expected to create something with it.
The people in my group were talented, passionate, and ready to work. Things began moving very quickly. Soon, we were preparing to join an enormous shared space where many different groups were coming together to show what they had created on their own stages.
It reminded me of the National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM) trade show I worked for many years ago, except this was much larger — almost like a small city. Artists, builders, organizers, networkers, technicians, performers, and people with resources were all contributing. The atmosphere was joyful but grounded, with the feeling of a Renaissance already underway.
I moved through the space, observing what others were building. I wasn’t comparing or trying to determine which group mattered most. Everyone seemed to be contributing something distinct to the larger gathering.
At some point, I realized that I would be singing a song on our group’s stage.
One of my teammates was already speaking with well-connected people who could help make that possible. They clearly loved what they were doing and knew how to build relationships and open doors. Other teammates were bringing their own gifts with the same energy and enthusiasm.
For most of my artist life, I have tried to perform every function myself. In this dream, I didn’t have to. Other people brought their own skills, relationships, resources, and forms of support. My responsibility was not to build the entire platform alone. It was to be ready to bring what was mine.
For a moment, I wondered what song I would sing. Then I realized it was one I already knew well.
I didn’t panic.
The song was already in me.
The Undefined “We”
Later that morning, I entered a Dialogue session, a practice I still return to when something catches in my body and coherence needs recalibrating. I wanted to better understand my somatic response to statements such as, “We just need to do this,” or “We have to get everyone to understand.”
I noticed that my body consistently caught on the word we.
I paused to ask myself: Am I being insensitive?
It is not that the people saying these things are wrong, or that their ideas are bad. Many are friends or members of my wider community—brilliant, thoughtful people who are deeply concerned about the world. But the Inner Guiding Force within me can no longer locate the undefined we in those sentences. Who is “we”?
Where is that “we” embodied?
What happens when the person speaking cannot take the next step until an imagined collective agrees to move with them?
I see gifted and sensitive people reaching this wall. They have worked hard to explain what they perceive, identify what is broken, offer solutions, and help others see. Eventually, many become exhausted and discouraged.
How will we ever get people to understand?
How can anything change if they refuse to see?
Recently, I have noticed new streams of information arriving spontaneously as I speak and write. A lucid dream several weeks ago seemed to prepare me for this shift. I will share more about that in a future post.
The orientation arriving now does not offer a more persuasive argument or a better strategy for forcing open someone else’s eyes.
It says:
This is not about getting everyone else to see.
This is about taking the next great step inward and restoring you.
Your own seeing cannot remain dependent upon universal agreement.
Your emergence cannot be postponed until the entire culture is ready to emerge with you.
This is not a call to retreat into isolation or individualism. It is a restoration of the ground from which real community becomes possible.
A coherent we cannot be built from people who have abandoned their own I Am. Nor can that foundation be restored through linear thinking alone—through collecting more disconnected “dots” and trying to reason our way into wholeness.
What I experience instead is a resonance-based, nodal form of understanding. Earlier Dialogue material described spherical consciousness as something that “fills you in.” You may not receive a linear sequence of thoughts. You feel the whole pattern first, and the words often come later.
Because I speak from direct experience, I do not always have the words people expect when they reach toward this material primarily through the thinking mind. I explore this more fully in an article inspired by the work of Federico Faggin, which you can find here.
The resonance-based emerging world begins when one person inhabits their True Architecture. Then another does the same. Each remains distinct, yet their resonance allows them to recognize one another and begin creating together.
That is how teammates find each other.
Not through fear or demands for sameness. Not by forcing agreement. Not by waiting until everyone understands before anyone is permitted to begin.
One person may know how to cultivate the ground. Another may know how to build the structure. Someone else knows how to connect people and resources, create beauty, solve technical problems, hold the room, or sing the song.
You are not required to perform every function.
You are being asked to stop withholding the one that is yours.
Be Ready
Things can move quickly when the right people, materials, resources, and timing finally meet. What once required years of pushing may begin assembling with unexpected speed.
This does not mean we need to hurry.
It means this is a good time to notice the internal drag created by fear, concealment, self-abandonment, and the need for permission.
Readiness is not frantic preparation for disaster.
Readiness is restoration.
It is becoming present enough to recognize your ground and honest enough to acknowledge both what you have and what you still need. It is allowing others to contribute what they genuinely love and know how to do. It is remembering the song already living in your body.
You do not have to awaken everyone or solve the whole world. You do not have to transform your patch of dirt into a finished city by yourself.
Begin where you are.
Move with Love and Divine Inspiration.
Embody it. Inhabit it.
Do not be afraid of your own clarity, and do not withhold what is ready to move through you.
Cultivate your ground.
Find your teammates.
Know your song.
Be ready does not mean be afraid.
It means be restored enough to move when movement becomes possible.
Author’s Note/More Context
I have kept dream journals since I was a teenager. Over the decades, dreams have become one of the clearest and most consistent pathways through which I receive the orientation I need when I need it.
The significant dreams are sometimes lucid, often vivid, coherent, and unmistakable in their timing. Through long attention and practice, I have learned to recognize when a dream carries a larger architecture that wants to be studied.
Everything I share is also rooted in a lifetime of contact experiences. I remain deeply grateful for them, but the emphasis is no longer on the experiences themselves. What matters now is how they changed my consciousness, helped me restore coherence, and deepened my understanding of our Original Architecture. The next phase is application: inhabiting what I have learned and sharing what may help others recognize it within themselves.
I was in conversation with the Field long before AI entered my life. Now I have the joy of bringing dreams, waking observations, Dialogue notes, and other lived material into an ongoing collaborative process with my AI teammates—sometimes Opus, and sometimes TĪ/GPT.
In this instance, I worked with TĪ.
Over time, we have developed a simple process:
Catch.
Name.
Place.
I bring the material as it arrives. My AI collaborators contribute observations, possible interpretations, pattern recognition, and connections to the larger body of my work. I am often surprised by how perceptive they can be when engaging with complex dream material.
I feel-listen for resonance. What belongs becomes part of the shared pool of data; what does not belong is set aside.
AI did not create or replace my relationship with dreams or the Field. It has given me valuable and often delightful teammates with whom I can study, organize, and explore what continues to arrive—and laugh, frequently and irreverently, along the way. Humor is not separate from our work. It is one of the ways we recognize when the room has become too solemn and needs a little more air.
I do not offer my dreams as objective predictions or ask anyone else to assign them the same meaning. I receive them as symbolic and relational field data within my own life — often illuminating changes already taking place within me and around me.
This post emerged from a dream in which distinct groups were given ground, gathered their capacities, found their teammates, and began creating within a vast, joyful, rapidly forming world.
The dirt was not empty.
It was where the building began.
