Coping to Coherence
The inner technology beneath the wall of paradox
I woke up with a nudge to share this transmission publicly. I call these “waking notes” — little nuggets, action items, and encouragement that arrive through the Field to help orient me toward embodied awareness, demonstration, and breadcrumb-leaving for anyone in the resonant vicinity.
The message below came through in 2023. Over the years, they have consistently pointed to a time when we may experience less bandwidth and sensemaking within the limited grid world (old paradigm), and feel a pressing need to open and adapt to the influx of the higher frequencies that mark our natural state.
Lately, the theme rising now has been how to navigate beyond, or transcend, the wall of paradox. For years, the messages have said that we would begin gathering here, at the base of this proverbial wall – a space where the ability to cope and distract from “what is” lessens. A space where the masses have their “experiencer” moment, where one seems to be shoved within as a result of zero sensemaking in the external world. Almost like it’s saying, “Yeah, we know it’s uncomfortable, but there is far more of your sensemaking abilities in here than there ever was out there. We want to show you not only how to ‘raise the roof,’ but how to realize there never really was one.”
I continue to navigate the razor’s edge myself with no shortage of opportunities to learn how this works. I’ve always known that an important aspect of my spiritual work was to model how this is actually done – the ongoing restoration of our embodied original state. Just a few days ago, I had a dream that helped provide another marker. I am so grateful for these.
Dream: Another “Meeting/Assessment in the Oval Hub”
I met with an elderly woman therapist in an oval hub. She was evaluating many of us to assess our progress. She asked me specific questions about what I’m experiencing on all levels – in the body, the feelings, and how I was morphing. Sometimes I would have answers for her, and other times I would go blank. As we sat across from each other, the shaking, transforming, and related sounds would occur. It happened on its own, and I couldn’t control it if I tried.
I recall the feeling of finally meeting someone who understands these phenomena without me having to explain them. In fact, I could tell she knew far more than I. That was an interesting and notable feeling. All I had to do was be honest and precise in describing my process. She received the data in a way that seemed to set me free from having to hide or reduce who I am. It felt as if she’d been waiting for humans like me to show up — not to explain ourselves, but to be accurately assessed and supported into the next level of the work. At some point, and I’m unclear of the sequence to this conclusion, I understood that there were thousands of us, here to help humans remember who they actually are, and how they were designed with an inner technology that connects them directly to the Source Field.

When one is in the present-moment coherent connection, you do not need a definition; you do not need a word. There is no distance between you and the light. You are the Light. And for those in form, in human form, this is what we are attempting to describe as embodiment. So transcendence is, ironically, further embodiment.
For many who enter into this intersection in consciousness, it feels paradoxical. One is torn between the definitions of the before world and the knowing in the expanding spectrum of possibilities. And, at the same time, we are called to continue to emphasize that human beings were designed to embody far more dimensions of awareness than is currently occurring, and we have addressed many of the reasons why this is.

So yes, experiencers. There was a reason you had those interactions with the unknown. And if you were able to move through these radically transformative events and were willing to consciously engage with the generational mountains of suppressed trauma, fears, and related inconsistencies that blocked your body instrument, you would discover that it is only pointing to the Sophia MotherLight intelligence that lies beneath it all.
And yes, it is that Divine or Sacred Feminine that we were programmed to deny, reduce, and refuse to include in our consciousness. Why? Because without it, you are much easier to control. Period. And this, to me, is a deeper disclosure. Not the spectacle that keeps pulling attention outward, but the revelation that what we have been searching for “out there” may require the restoration of what has been buried “in here.”
Is there nonhuman life out there? Sure, we’ll get there. But first, ask yourself: Is there more of my intelligence in here? That when revived will clearly understand and naturally commune with other intelligences in the Field.
In this grand intersection of cosmic cycles, revelations do occur — not in the “special faculties” of a privileged few, but in the restoration of the naturally coherent design within every human being.
This is the movement from coping to coherence: not escaping the wall, but remembering the inner technology that can meet it.
